Junior Solution Architect – Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)

We are looking for a Junior Solution Architect to support the design and implementation of marketing solutions across Adobe Experience Cloud, with a strong focus on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO). This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology to deliver personalized, multichannel customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Configure and support solutions within Adobe Experience Platform, including:
- XDM schema design
- Data ingestion and data streams
- Segment creation and activation
- Destination configuration
- Assist with journey orchestration in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including push notifications, in-app messaging, modals, and email journeys
- Support personalized experiences using Adobe Target, Push, SMS, and web channels driven by AEP audiences and profile attributes
- Collaborate with AEM teams to enable content-driven experiences and data capture
- Contribute to integrations with external systems (mobile apps, CRM platforms, APIs, third-party tools)
- Participate in QA, testing, documentation, and validation of customer journeys and data flows
- Work closely with marketing, data, and engineering teams to ensure solutions align with business goals
- Identify opportunities for process, data, and experience improvements
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of hands-on implementation experience with Adobe Experience Cloud, especially Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
- Strong experience configuring and optimizing AEP services, including profiles, segments, destinations, and data streams
- Solid understanding of data models, preferably XDM, and how they support marketing use cases
- Experience building conditional logic and rules to personalize journeys based on customer behavior and attributes
- Exposure to Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Data Collection, and AEM
- Familiarity with external system integrations (APIs, mobile SDKs, CRM platforms)
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
- Proactive mindset with a passion for improving customer experiences
