Jamie Gardiner
Managing Director
Jamie has been part of G2V Group since 2011 and opened Lumicity's Los Angeles office in 2016 - Lumicity's first foothold in the US. Under his leadership, Lumicity grew to more than 100 people across four US offices by 2022. Jamie has a track record of building teams that serve both early-stage, venture-backed technology companies and established enterprise clients - and has made Lumicity one of the most recognized specialist staffing agencies in the US technology and engineering markets.

Dan joined G2V in London in 2014, built and led a high-performing UK team, then relocated to Los Angeles in 2016 to co-found Lumicity's first US office alongside Jamie Gardiner. As President of the West Coast - Lumicity's largest and most established market - Dan oversees recruiting operations across Technology, Engineering, Aerospace, and Life Sciences in California and beyond. He has deep expertise placing engineers and technical professionals in the semiconductor and hardware industries, where candidate supply is scarce and precision matters.

Alfie joined G2V in London in 2014, earning the company's Best Newcomer award in his first year before becoming a consistent top performer in the UK government contracting market. In 2017 he relocated to Miami as one of Lumicity's founding US team members. He now oversees two of Lumicity's fastest-growing offices - Miami and Chicago - with a particular focus on clean energy infrastructure, environmental engineering, and construction, sectors experiencing significant talent demand across the Southeast and Midwest.

David began his career with G2V in 2008 and has more than 16 years of specialist recruitment experience across construction and industrial markets. He was chosen to establish G2V's first international office - in downtown Houston, Texas - in 2012 - a critical market for drywall, glass & glazing and general contracting, and David's team has built deep networks across the region's most significant employers and construction firms.

Senior Sales Manager
Mike started the Miami office alongside Alfie in 2017 and has been central to Lumicity's growth in clean energy staffing. He manages Lumicity's clean energy practice as a hands-on leader - still personally active on searches while developing his team. To date, he has directly managed six consultants who have all achieved significant career progression. Mike's team focuses on solar, battery storage, EV infrastructure, and wind - sectors where Lumicity has built one of the deepest candidate networks in the US.

Holly joined G2V Group in 2015 after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in International Management and American Business Studies, and relocated to Los Angeles in 2017 as a founding member of the Lumicity LA team. She built Lumicity's Life Sciences practice from the ground up into one of the largest and highest-performing teams in the company, placing professionals across pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and clinical research organizations throughout California and beyond.

Joel joined Lumicity in 2019 - a collegiate athlete who played NCAA Division I volleyball at the University of Mount Olive and represented Great Britain internationally - and quickly proved himself as a top performer, earning two promotions to Principal Consultant in under two years. In April 2022, he opened Lumicity's Chicago office - the fourth US location, which focuses on energy transition, environmental engineering, and sustainability roles across the Midwest. He leads by example as a player-manager, and is building one of Lumicity's most promising emerging offices.
Luke Willis
Sales Manager
Luke joined G2V Group in 2018, relocating to Los Angeles from the UK with more than 10 years of sales experience. He leads the LA Engineering team with a primary focus on energy-adjacent engineering disciplines - battery technology, solar PV systems, nuclear energy, and power infrastructure. As the US accelerates its build-out of clean energy capacity, Luke's team sits at the intersection of engineering talent and the country's most capital-intensive infrastructure projects.
Wayne Kuppel
Sales Manager
Wayne joined Lumicity's LA office in 2018 as a founding member of the Technology team, specializing in Embedded Systems from day one - a highly niche area where the talent pool is thin and deep technical understanding is non-negotiable. He was named Lumicity's Consultant of the Year in 2019 and moved into management in 2020. Today he leads one of Lumicity's most consistent and successful teams, focused on firmware, hardware, and embedded systems roles across California's technology and semiconductor ecosystem.
Tom RIdd
Sales Manager
Tom joined Lumicity directly from college in 2021 and progressed quickly into a management role by 2023. He now leads Lumicity's Semiconductor team - the company's single highest-performing team in 2025 - and was named Lumicity's Top Consultant for 2024/25. The semiconductor sector is one of the most technically demanding recruiting environments in the US, and Tom has built a team with the technical vocabulary and network to operate effectively in it.

Lourdes joined Lumicity as LA's Office Administrator in 2019 and has grown with the business into the G2V Operations Manager role - one of the most operationally complex positions in the company. She oversees HR, office management, contractor care, and legal administration across all US offices, and supports senior leadership on G2V's ongoing US expansion.

Head of Talent & L&D
Liam joined G2V Group in 2018, taking on the role of Regional Learning & Development Manager. A qualified learning professional - holding an Associate CIPD qualification at Level 5 - he brings formal people development expertise to everything he builds. He moved to Lumicity in 2020, built out the L&D function from scratch, and launched the US induction program that now onboards every new consultant joining the business. Now based in Houston, Liam leads Lumicity’s Talent function - responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining the consultants who power every search Lumicity runs.

Luke Parker
CEO
Luke joined G2V Group as a consultant in 2008 after seven years as a professional cricketer for Warwickshire CC. He has held every role in the business on his way to CEO - consultant, manager, director - which gives him a uniquely grounded perspective on what makes a high-performing recruitment team. Today, he sets the strategic direction for G2V's global brands, overseeing rapid US and international expansion.
Ryan Morrow
Group Operations Director
Ryan oversees G2V Group's global operational infrastructure - the systems, processes, and teams that keep a fast-growing international business running smoothly. He has been instrumental in building the operational foundation that supports Lumicity's growth, and plays a key role in ensuring every new office launch meets the group's quality standards.
Sam Bell
Group Finance Director
Sam spent a decade at KPMG, where he specialized in corporate finance before joining G2V Group in 2021. He is responsible for the group's financial strategy, reporting, and infrastructure modernization - ensuring Lumicity has the financial foundations to sustain rapid growth. Sam's background in corporate finance means he brings rigor and long-term thinking to every major business decision.
Steven Quinn
Chairman
Steve brings more than 22 years of leadership experience in the staffing and services industry. Before joining G2V as Chairman, he grew his previous company from $40M to $287M in revenue - a 65% compound annual growth rate sustained over five years, driven entirely by organic growth. He now provides board-level oversight and strategic guidance as G2V expands its presence across the US.
