This is a Staff-level IC role created to help shape the next phase of the engineering org for a renewable energy company as they grow toward Series B.
*Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder!*
Requirements:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong background in backend / platform engineering and data-heavy systems
- Experience owning and scaling complex workflows and asynchronous systems
- Proficiency with Python, TypeScript, and SQL-based databases
- Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or similar)
Bonus:
- Prior Staff / Principal-level technical ownership
- Experience scaling systems in Series A–C environments

Base: $180-$200k
