- Someone who can spearhead the architecture, development, and verification of sophisticated electrical systems for cutting-edge medical technologies.
- Someone with experience in hands-on schematic capture and PCB layout with system-level integration responsibilities.
- Lead end-to-end hardware design activities, including circuit development, board bring-up, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams across mechanical, software, systems, quality, and manufacturing to ensure seamless product integration.
- Oversee regulatory compliance efforts, ensuring designs meet applicable safety and medical device standards.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff, guiding best practices and elevating team capability.
- Influence product strategy and technical direction while driving innovation from concept through commercialization.
