About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on education and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure work meets specifications.
- Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations.
- Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a General Contractor, preferably in education or healthcare construction.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Experience construction with K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, or medical office buildings.
- Familiarity with sustainable building practices.
