Why Join

Our client is a high-growth aerospace company building next-gen autonomous aerial systems for mission critical applications. The team has been quickly scaling over the past year and is now looking to bring on a Senior Product Manager to own their core product line from concept through deployment and iteration.

This is not a traditional GTM-heavy product role. The focus here is on owning the product lifecycle, working directly with engineering, and translating real-world customer feedback into actionable product direction.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the product roadmap and lifecycle for an integrated UAS platform.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to drive product definition, design iterations, and delivery.
  • Key interface across BD, customers, and internal teams, directly engaging with end users to capture mission needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements for engineering.
  • Drive product execution across testing, field deployment, and sustainment, ensuring continuous iteration based on real-world performance and customer feedback.
  • Operate at the intersection of product and program execution in a fast-moving environment.

Ideal Background

  • 7-10+ years developing and delivering UAS, autonomous systems, or other integrated hardware/software aerospace platforms.
  • Experience owning the full product lifecycle end-to-end.
  • Strong technical fluency – able to communicate effectively with engineers and understand system-level tradeoffs.
  • Direct experience working with U.S. government or defense stakeholders, capturing mission requirements and translating them into actionable product and engineering direction.
  • Comfortable operating in environments where product, program, and customer needs are tightly coupled.

Culture Fit

  • Execution-focused with a bias toward delivering and iterating quickly.
  • Low ego, high ownership across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communicator across engineering, BD, and customers.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clear direction.

ITAR Clause

To conform to U.S. Government export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), applicants must be a U.S. citizen, lawful U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum, or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce, as applicable.
