We are working with an exciting rare earth focused startup in the Bay Area. They’re seeking a hands-on metallurgical engineer who thrives in pilot-scale environments and has a track record of scaling high-temperature or chemical extraction processes from bench experiments into pilot operations while solving real-world process challenges.

Qualifications
- 4+ years in extractive metallurgy, hydromet, or pyromet
- Experience with scale-up or pilot plant operations
- Background working with complex or unconventional feedstocks is preferred (tailings, slag, recycling, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with materials characterization techniques
- Fully onsite in Bay Area
