Regional Sales Manager – Americas (Remote, Bay Area Required)
A leading wireless and positioning technology company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Americas. This role focuses on building long-term customer partnerships, expanding market presence, and delivering revenue growth across a diverse product portfolio. The position reports to senior sales leadership and involves collaboration with distributors, channel partners, and field engineers.
Location: Remote (must be in Greater San Francisco Bay Area)
Responsibilities
- Grow the regional customer base and identify new business opportunities
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and understand their business needs
- Manage and enable manufacturer reps and distributor partnerships
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue and design-win targets
- Forecast sales and maintain pipeline visibility for key accounts
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with field engineers to engage technical stakeholders
- Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and events
Requirements
- 3+ years in semiconductor sales or business development
- Familiarity with GNSS, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth technologies preferred
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record in revenue growth and design wins
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%)
Preferred
- Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- MBA or equivalent
