Mechanical Design Engineer | Chicago, IL | $80k – $130k | Full-Time | On-Site
A growing electrical equipment manufacturer is hiring multiple Mechanical Design Engineers to support their expanding power distribution (MV/LV) product line.
They are open to all experience levels with 2+ years.
What You’ll Do:
- Design mechanical assemblies and enclosures for electrical equipment
- Create 3D models + 2D drawings (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Work closely with manufacturing + production teams
What They’re Looking For:
- 2-12+ years of mechanical DESIGN experience in manufacturing
- Strong 2D and 3D CAD skills
- Experience with MV/LV/HV power equipment (switchgear, transformers, etc.)
Logistics:
- On-site, 5 days a week: Chicago area (relocation assistance provided)
- Salary range of $80k – $130k depending on experience
- Excellent benefits and bonus package
