Project Superintendent – Drywall Contractor – Florida
Salary: $90,000 – $120,000/year + Annual Bonus
Location: Florida
We are seeking a Project Superintendent for a Drywall Contractor to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver project on time and on budget
- Coordination of all field activities
- Manage project schedules and ensure adherence to timelines
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Recent experience working for a Drywall contractor.
- Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Able to read and understand construction drawings and project schedules and structural specification sheets
- Minimum of 5 years’ commercial experience in this or a similar role.
