Lumicity has partnered with a highly reputable and growing General Contractor in Texas that is looking to add multiple experienced Construction Project Managers to their team, across office’s in San Antonio, Austin and DFW. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful, large-scale commercial projects across the state of Texas.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedules, budgets, quality, and client expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion
  • Coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls
  • Oversee contract administration, change orders, and procurement
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements
  • Provide clear communication and reporting to senior leadership and clients

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the commercial construction market
  • Proven experience managing projects within Healthcare, Education (K-12 / Higher Ed), and Municipal sectors
  • Minimum 3 years of continuous tenure with current General Contractor
  • Strong understanding of ground-up and/or large-scale commercial renovations
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project scopes
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
