Our client is looking for an Operations Manager to lead technical services at an innovative company specializing in water-systems and advanced water management solutions. This position is 5 days in office with travel no more than a few hours from the office.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of experience in service operations, or project management.
- Technical knowledge of pumps, motors, filtration systems, and water chemistry.
- Proven experience leading and developing technical service teams across multiple regions.
- Troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and water quality issues.
