Healthcare Construction Superintendent
Oversees field operations for healthcare construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. Leads jobsite activities, coordinates subcontractors, and works closely with project teams and clients.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of healthcare construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction documents and site management
- OSHA 30 preferred
- Proven leadership and communication skills
Physical:
Ability to work on active jobsites, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
