We are currently working with an exciting robotics company in Boston that are looking to bring on a Manager of Manufacturing Engineering to play a critical role in leading a growing manufacturing team, while helping shape advanced manufacturing processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is an experienced manufacturing engineer who has led teams, improved complex production processes, and worked with advanced robotics, while being comfortable with tools like CAD, ERP/MES systems, and Lean manufacturing methods.

Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of hands-on manufacturing engineering experience
- Experience in repetitive or mixed-model manufacturing environments
- Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, process design, tooling, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency with ERP/MES systems, CAD (SolidWorks), and data-driven performance reporting
- Must be U.S. Citizen
