Key Responsibilities
- Build and refine scalable, high-volume manufacturing and assembly processes
- Lead design transfers from prototype to pilot and into commercial production
- Detect, assess, and resolve process constraints, risks, and inefficiencies
- Design, prototype, and validate devices, components, and assembly tooling
- Interface with and manage external suppliers, partners, and manufacturers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant discipline
- 4+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or process development
- Hands-on experience with high-volume injection molding, disposable products, or medical devices
- Strong expertise in DFM/DFA, including design, prototyping, and validation
The ideal candidate will have experience in hands-on engineering (designing/prototyping), tech transfer, and supporting large-scale production lines.
