Our client has a need for an Oracle Cloud Lead Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion FIN/RMCS.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting DoD subcontracting clients (e.g., Honeywell, Lockheed Martin, or similar defense/aerospace organizations)
- Strong functional expertise in Financials & RMCS within Oracle Cloud/Fusion
- Demonstrated experience leading business process reviews and client-facing workshops
- Background working in aerospace and ETAR-regulated environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and lead functional discussions with minimal oversight
- U.S. Citizen (USC) or Green Card Holder (GCH) required
- Able to successfully pass a background check (approximately 1-week duration)
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the Functional Cloud Lead for Financials & RMCS during the Oracle Fusion Cloud implementation
- Lead and execute end-to-end business process walkthroughs with client stakeholders
- Partner closely with business users, technical teams, and system integrators to translate requirements into Fusion Cloud solutions
- Provide functional leadership throughout design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases
- Support change management efforts as the client migrates off legacy systems
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities
- Participate in on-site meetings and workshops as required (approximately 25% travel)
