Preconstruction Manager – Commercial Projects
The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing Commercial General Contractor who is looking to bring on a Preconstruction Manager I to support their pipeline of upcoming work in South Florida. This is an immediate hire driven by continued growth and project demand.
The Role
- Support preconstruction efforts across multiple projects
- Assist with cost estimates, budgets, and takeoffs
- Coordinate subcontractor pricing and bid packages
- Work closely with senior team members on pursuits and planning
What They’re Looking For
- 3–6 years of experience with a Commercial General Contractor
- Background in Estimating / Preconstruction
- Exposure to building estimates and supporting pursuits
- Experience on commercial construction projects
