We’re partnering with a growing chemical manufacturing organization seeking a Process Engineer to support plant optimization, capital projects, and operational improvement initiatives.
This role offers strong visibility within the organization and the opportunity to make a direct impact on safety, efficiency, and production performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support capital projects from scope development through commissioning
- Own and update P&IDs, SOPs, and process documentation
- Drive PSM efforts including HAZOP, MOC, and risk mitigation
- Troubleshoot plant issues and improve reliability and yield
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams
Ideal Background:
- 5–15+ years in chemical or industrial manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of unit operations (reactors, distillation, heat exchangers, etc.)
- Experience with capital project execution and plant startups preferred
- Working knowledge of PSM and regulatory compliance
- Hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset
