Our Chicago office is expanding, and we are hiring entry level Recruitment Consultants who want a clear career path, strong earning potential, and daily development.
What You Will Do
You will learn how to run a full recruitment desk in a specific technical market. You will build a pipeline of candidates, partner with hiring managers, and manage the full recruitment cycle from outreach to placement.
Daily Responsibilities
- Build and grow a pipeline of candidates in your technical market
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to understand skills and goals
- Work directly with clients to learn hiring needs and recommend qualified talent
- Manage outreach, interviews, offers, and placements
- Track your weekly activity and performance metrics
- Support your team and contribute to a strong office culture
What We Look For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Record of achievement in academics, athletics, work, or personal goals
- Strong communication skills
- Interest in sales, performance targets, and financial reward
- Competitive mindset and ability to stay consistent
- Comfortable working full-time in our Chicago office
Recruiting experience is not required. We train you from day one!
Compensation and Benefits
- First-year OTE: 75,000 to 95,000
- Second-year OTE: 120,000 to 140,000
- $40,000 base salary with uncapped commission
