The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and building powerful, high reliability Android features critical to making the world a safer place.
Responsibilities
- Build features for Android application and client SDKs
- Use Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and Realm
- Collaborate with other engineers to design APIs and improve low level communication protocols
- Work with an innovative tech stack: satellite technology, mesh networking, Bluetooth, and custom hardware.
Qualifications
- Software Engineering degree and 5+ years of experience in Android
- Background in defense, defense adjacent, and/or connectivity/IOT/wireless industries
- Can contribute to multiple areas of the stack
- Capable of taking ownership, problem solving, bringing ideas from concept to production
