We’re looking for an early-stage startup building an AI-powered connectivity planning platform that designs and simulates network architectures for public and private WiFi/cellular systems. Their SaaS product uses digital twins to help network providers and enterprises plan, test, and scale real-world connectivity infrastructure.
They’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Backend-Leaning) with 8–12 years of experience to drive architecture and build scalable, production systems end-to-end.
This is an IC role — focused on making the right technical decisions while staying hands-on across the stack.
What You’ll Do
- Own system architecture across backend, frontend, APIs, and infrastructure
- Build and ship end-to-end features (Python + React/TypeScript)
- Design real-time, multi-user systems and collaborative experiences
- Develop event-driven, distributed systems at scale
- Work closely with founders to turn ambiguity into simple, scalable products
- Help set engineering standards and mentor the team
What We’re Looking For
- 8–12 years of software engineering experience
- 2–3+ years in a Series A or B startup (required)
- Strong backend focus (Python preferred), with full-stack capability
Experience with:
