This Sales Professional will develop new accounts, grow existing ones, and support customers with both technical knowledge and strong relationship-building skills. We’re looking for a high-energy, independent self-starter who can drive business development and understand product capabilities. Experience with blueprints, AS9100, the aerospace market, aftermarket sales, and interior or lavatory hardware is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies for key accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with business and technical decision makers
- Use financial tools to evaluate new opportunities
- Identify and pursue new business through proactive outreach
- Help customers specify the right products using a problem-solving approach
- Understand how our mechanical/electromechanical products work and integrate with aircraft
- Ask the right questions to refine customer requirements
- Manage customer projects with internal teams
- Conduct aircraft interior surveys as needed
- Coordinate with Business Unit Managers, Engineering, and Operations
- Track territory sales and follow up on any gaps
- Complete required reports and updates (call reports, monthly/annual forecasts, QBRs)
- Ability to read technical drawings is a plus
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
- Travel up to 60%
