Ourclient is looking for a Thermal Engineer in Austin, TX to contribute to the development of complex engineered systems. This role centers on the analysis, simulation, and design of heat transfer and fluid flow performance at both component and system level.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thermal and fluid analysis to support the design and optimization of critical system components
- Build and validate analytical and numerical models to inform design decisions and improve overall performance
- Work closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure thermal-fluid considerations are incorporated throughout the development process
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in thermal–fluids, heat transfer, or fluid dynamics
- Strong fundamentals in thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics
