Managing Director
Jamie has been with the G2V Group since 2011, opening the Group’s Los Angeles office in 2017. By 2022, Lumicity grew to 100 heads across six offices, crystalizing the Group’s unique 3-brand strategy. Jamie is proud to have built a business that serves some of America's most innovative and fast-paced start-ups, as well as many of the world's biggest brands. With market-leading staff retention and growth rates, underpinned by a people-first culture of competition and collaboration, Jamie is confident of Lumicity's steep growth trajectory.

Dan joined G2V Group in London in 2014 after earning a degree in Business Management from the University of Essex. After building and leading a high-performing UK team, he relocated to Los Angeles to launch Lumicity’s first North American office alongside Jamie Gardiner. Now President of the West Coast, Dan oversees Lumicity’s largest profit center and is focused on developing top talent and establishing Lumicity as the go-to agency across all four verticals.

Alfie joined G2V London in 2014. He received the G2V best newcomer award in his first year, establishing himself as a top performer with the company, operating in the UK government contract markets. In 2017, he relocated to Miami as part of the founding team for Lumicity, playing a role in the company's senior leadership team and overseeing the growth of both the Miami and Chicago offices.

Vice President
David launched his career with G2V in 2008 at the original Bristol office and, two years later, played a key role in opening the company’s first Manchester location. By 2012, after successfully building and leading a team, he was entrusted with establishing G2V’s first international office in downtown Houston, Texas. Under his leadership, the office has expanded to more than 25 staff, with David driving its sales and strategy while also serving as a regular participant in the company’s quarterly board meetings.

Mike started the Miami office alongside Alfie in 2017 after 3 successful years in Vivid's Manchester office. He set new records as a consultant within his teams since the inception of Lumicity. Mike has managed 6 people who have all achieved considerable career milestones, proving his ability to develop elite level recruiters. Mike runs our clean energy team as a hands-on manager, and is an integral part of Lumicity's leadership team.

Holly has been working with the G2V Group since 2015, joining shortly after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in International Management and American Business Studies. In 2017, she relocated to Los Angeles to become a founding member of Lumicity LA. She built Lumicity's Life Science team into one of the largest and most successful teams in the company. Holly loves the life-changing opportunities Lumicity has provided her, and the uncapped career potential it offers employees.
Luke Willis
Sales Manager
Luke joined the G2V Group in 2018, reloacting to Los Angeles from the UK, bringing over 10 years of sales experience. He leads the LA Engineering team, with a primary focus on energy-related industries such as battery technology, solar PV, and nuclear energy. Joining G2V Group has been a life-changing experience for Luke, with the company’s organic growth structure providing outstanding opportunities for long-term success.
Wayne Kuppel
Sales Manager
Wayne joined the Lumicity LA office in 2018 as a founding member of the Technology team, specifically placing Firmware and Hardware Engineers. He was awarded Consultant of the Year in 2019 and began managing in 2020. Today, he leads Lumicity LA's Technology team, one of the most consistent and successful teams in the company. He is passionate about helping his team win, get promoted, and increase their earnings.
Tom RIdd
Sales Manager
Tom joined Lumicity straight out of college in August 2021, where he played high-level golf for four years. He began managing in 2023 and now leads the Semiconductor team, Lumicity's highest performing team in 2025. Tom was Lumicity's Top Consultant in 24/25 and loves the competitive aspect of the job, as well as working in a highly technical environment.

Having joined Lumicity as LA's Office Administrator in June 2019, Lourdes has grown with the company to become the G2V Operations Manager. She currently overviews the HR, Operations & Office Management, Contractor Care and some Legal Administration in the US while supporting senior management and any G2V expansion into America.

Head of Talent & L&D
Liam joined G2V Group in 2018 as Regional Learning & Development Manager after a successful UK recruitment career. In 2020, he moved to Lumicity as Learning & Development Manager, where he built the L&D function and launched the US induction program. Now based in Houston, Liam leads the Talent function, driving recruitment strategy and a culture of continuous learning, with a strong focus on developing people and high-performing teams.

After spending 7 years playing professional cricket for Warwickshire CC, Luke joined as a consultant in 2008. Since then, he has established himself as a key figure in G2V’s exponential growth, rising through every rank to his current position as CEO. He now oversees the implementation of the group's strategies and ethos, guiding the brand through rapid international expansion.

Prior to joining G2V Group in July 2021, Sam spent 10 years at KPMG, where he moved into the firm’s Corporate Finance practice. Sam is responsible for financial strategies and activities across G2V, prioritising the modernisation of the Group’s finance infrastructure. This enables Sam to support our market leading growth and improve the user experience for both candidates and clients alike.

Steve brings a wealth of technical experience, having spent over 22 years in the industry. He maintains an impressive track record of growing business revenue, taking his previous company from $40m to $287m — achieving a remarkable 65% CAGR over five years; driven entirely by organic growth. As Chairman of the G2V group, Steve will oversee the Board and play a key role in shaping and supporting the group’s wider strategy.
