When I was initially looking for jobs while in college, I had no idea what I wanted to do. To be completely honest I had no idea what recruitment even was until I started the interview process with Lumicity, however it turned out to be the best decision I could have made. Jai joined Lumicity in January 2024 after graduating with an undergraduate degree in Business and an MBA in Cybersecurity Management. He started his recruitment career in the renewables sector but quickly identified a strong opportunity in the water industry, where he’s since built a solid network of candidates and clients. Jeremiah joined Lumicity in January 2025, shortly after graduating with a degree in Mass Communication in May 2024. Since then, he has quickly established himself as a strong contributor to the Houston, Texas Drywall Team, making a noticeable impact from the outset. With the continued support of the L&D team, Jeremiah has been able to grow steadily in his role, crediting them as a key reason behind his ongoing development as a recruiter. He says he loves the atmosphere, camaraderie, and energy in the Houston office, and thrives on the challenges and opportunities that come with being part of such a dynamic team.

Chris joined Lumicity’s Houston, Texas office in August 2023 and quickly established himself as a key contributor, making a noticeable impact from the very beginning. Since joining, Chris has progressed rapidly through multiple roles from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Consultant, onto Principal Consultant and now serves as Managing Consultant, leading the Glass and Glazing team. Claire Rhine
Principal Consultant
Claire joined Lumicity LA in March 2022 after earning her BSc in Business Administration and Marketing from San Francisco State University. She joined Team Aerospace with a dedicated focus on developing the NewSpace market from the ground up. Since then, Claire has immersed herself in the space industry, cultivating a true passion for her field and earning promotion to Principal Consultant. She values the opportunity to forge strong, lasting relationships with pioneering space exploration stakeholders and candidates, while supporting and learning from her colleagues in a collaborative, mission-driven team environment.
Luke Beesley
Team Leader
Luke joined Lumicity in September 2019, relocating from Manchester to Los Angeles to take on a new challenge. He began his journey in the Engineering Permanent Division, where he quickly rose to the level of Principal Consultant. In 2021, Luke spearheaded the launch of Lumicity's first Contract Division. Since then, he has consistently been the top biller in the division, which recently surpassed the milestone of 50 contractors out. This success led to his promotion to Team Leader, where he continues to grow this division.
Holly Semple
Sales Manager
Holly has been working with the G2V Group since 2015. She joined Vivid London shortly after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in International Management and American Business Studies from the University of Manchester. In 2017, she relocated to Los Angeles to support U.S. growth as a founding member of Lumicity LA. She became an SME and market specialist within the Medical Device and Life Science industries, and she built Lumicity LA’s Life Science team into one of the largest and most successful teams in Lumicity. She loves the life-changing opportunities that Lumicity has provided her and the uncapped career potential it offers for both herself and her team.
Senior Sales Manager
Mike Norton
Mike started the Miami office alongside Alfie in 2017 after 3 successful years in Vivid's Manchester office. As a non-director, he has the record amount billed within his teams since the inception of Lumicity. He has also managed 6 people who have entered the 1-Million-dollar club, proving his ability to develop elite level billers. Mike runs our clean energy team as a hands-on billing manager and is an integral part of Lumicity's leadership team.
David Isaac
Vice President
David launched his career with g2v in 2008 at the original Bristol office and, two years later, played a key role in opening the company’s first Manchester location. By 2012, after successfully building and leading a team, he was entrusted with establishing g2v’s first international office in downtown Houston, Texas. Under his leadership, the office has expanded to more than 25 staff, with David driving its sales and strategy while also serving as a regular participant in the company’s quarterly board meetings.
Alfie long & Dan Gaughan
President
Dan joined G2V Group in London in 2014 after earning his degree in Business Management from the University of Essex. After successfully building and leading a high-performing team in the UK, he got the opportunity to relocate to Los Angeles, where he launched Lumicity’s first North American office alongside Jamie Gardiner. Now serving as President of the West Coast, Dan oversees Lumicity’s largest profit center in one of the world’s most dynamic recruitment markets. He is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for growth and development within the team and is committed to establishing Lumicity as the go-to agency across all four of our operating verticals.
Alfie joined G2V London in 2014. He received the G2V best newcomer award in his first year, establishing himself as a top performer with the company, operating in the UK government contract markets. In 2017, he relocated to Miami as part of the founding team for Lumicity, playing a role in the company's senior leadership team and overseeing the growth of both the Miami and Chicago offices.

The Team
Liam joined G2V Group in 2018 as Regional Learning & Development Manager, following a successful career as a recruiter in the UK. After earning his Associate CIPD accreditation, he joined Lumicity in 2020 as Learning and Development Manager, where he developed the L&D department and established an Induction program for all new US hires. Now based in Houston, Liam leads our Talent function, overseeing recruitment strategy and championing a culture of continuous learning across the business. Known for his approachable style and commitment to supporting others, he’s passionate about helping people unlock their potential and building high-performing teams.
Juliana joined Lumicity in the summer of 2025. She graduated from the University of Houston in 2023 with a degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders and is currently pursuing her MBA in Entrepreneurship at the University of St. Thomas. Since joining Lumicity, Juliana has quickly established herself by building meaningful relationships with candidates and contributing to the development of Lumicity’s U.S. offices. She values Lumicity’s culture of mentorship and opportunity, believing that with focus, resilience, and collaboration, you can accelerate both your professional and personal development.
Dylan graduated with a degree in Education before entering the world of recruitment – first staffing private educators, and then 360 recruiting for a niche vertical within Engineering. After a few years in agency recruitment, she took the leap into L&D, bridging her experience teaching, training, and coaching with her expertise in technical recruitment. She joined Lumicity in early 2025 and sits out of our LA office, but supports all 4 offices in the US, working with over 60 consultants. With Lumicity’s rapid growth, she travels to lead new starter inductions while also providing ongoing support and mentorship to junior and senior recruiters across the business.
