We use a blended learning approach to make training practical and supportive. Fast-paced and people-focused. You’ll source candidates, make outreach calls, run interviews, speak with clients, manage job processes, negotiate offers, and build your market. A top-performing recruiter at Lumicity builds their day around:

A Recruitment Consultant works in what we call a 360° sales role, meaning you manage both the client and candidate sides of the hiring process.
On the client side, you build relationships with companies, understand their hiring needs, and help them find talent.
On the candidate side, you find skilled professionals, learn what they’re looking for, prepare them for interviews, and help them secure the right opportunity.
You manage the full process from start to finish: building connections, finding job opportunities, matching people to roles, and advising both sides through the hiring and onboarding journey.
Lumicity’s training program is 6 months long and fully structured. It begins with a Week One Induction to learn the basics and make your first client and candidate calls. Over the next month, you build on this foundation with focused exercises and practical application. During the following five months, timed training sessions guide you through advanced skills, preparing you to succeed by your 6-month milestone. Beyond this, we offer senior-level training to become elite in your role, and a Management program for those looking to move into leadership positions.

- Introductory call with the Talent Team
- Video interview for deeper competency review
