We are looking for a Thermal Engineer for a startup operating at the intersection of physics and intelligent design. They are building an elite engineering culture and operating at the forefront of energy technology.

Eligible candidates must have:
- Deep background in thermal engineering / heat transfer
- Strong knowledge/experience solving heat problems, or working on heat exchangers or thermal devices
- PhD strongly preferred (Thermal, Mechanical, Aerospace, Energy-related fields)
Nice-to-haves (not required):
- R&D experience
- Startup experience
- Strong documentation and process discipline
