The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll act as both a market expert and career advisor, building lasting partnerships with clients and candidates in your niche market. We will train you to manage the full recruitment process, developing commercial and interpersonal skills that create long-term success in business.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a network of specialized professionals within your technical market. (You do not need prior expertise in any fields; we will train you)
  • Source, qualify, and interview candidates to assess skills, motivations, and fit.
  • Partner with client companies to understand hiring needs, advise on strategy, and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Negotiate offers, manage pipelines, and close placements to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously optimize output and profitability.
  • Contribute to team growth, culture, and shared performance targets.
