looking for a skilled Project Manager with a background in industrial or manufacturing operations, particularly from a manufacturing space in the solar industry, to lead end-to-end project execution across engineering, production, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and execution of projects from cradle to grave.
- Track timelines, tasks, and milestones to ensure delivery goals are met.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, and sourcing teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, assist in component development, and support new product introductions.
- Monitor project costs and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and provide updates to senior leadership.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager or relevant PM experience
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Project, or similar PM software
- Customer-facing experience – Ability to manage vendors/external suppliers
- Experience with cost analysis
- Experience in process improvement and inventory control.
- Familiarity with fabrication and manufacturing processes, particularly for different solar components.
