Field Service Technician – Phoenix, AZ – Utility-Scale Solar

I’m working with a team delivering large-scale solar infrastructure across the U.S., and they’re looking for a Field Service Technician to take ownership of installations, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting.
This is a field-based position with travel but is based out of Phoenix, AZ
What you’ll be doing:
• Leading and guiding installation crews on-site
• Verifying system installs and commissioning new equipment
• Troubleshooting mechanical + electrical issues in real time
• Performing repairs and ensuring optimal system performance
• Traveling to active solar sites (expect a boots-on-the-ground role)
What they’re looking for:
• Hands-on experience with electromechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret plans/specs
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong problem-solving mindset
• Background in solar, electrical, or similar industries is a plus
