This builder has a strong pipeline of high-profile work throughout Florida and is looking for someone with proven experience leading complex residential construction projects from the GC side.
They’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience leading large-scale multifamily or high-rise residential projects
- Strong operational leadership from preconstruction through closeout
- Experience managing projects valued at $50M+
- Ability to lead teams, drive schedules, manage budgets, and work directly with ownership
