They are looking to bring on an experienced Applications Engineer that will be responsible for designing, building and evaluating GaN-based reference designs.
Role: Staff Applications Engineer
Location: Los Angeles
Compensation: Competitive base + stock options
The skills needed for the role include:
- Strong expertise in switching converter design and control systems, particularly DC‑DC converter topologies.
- Familiarity with analog design and thermal management (preferred).
- Proficiency in simulation and PCB design tools.
- Hands-on debugging and lab testing of power systems.
- Strong communication and technical writing abilities.
- BA or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field.
