Project Manager – Industrial Construction
Location: Louisville, Kentucky
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join a growing team delivering large-scale industrial construction projects valued between $100M and $300M. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional looking to take the next step in their career while gaining exposure to complex industrial projects and working alongside an experienced leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of construction experience, preferably within industrial construction, and a desire to grow within a company that has aggressive expansion plans and a strong project pipeline.
What You’ll Do
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall project execution from preconstruction through closeout
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor buyout, and contract administration
• Track project costs and support financial reporting and forecasting efforts
• Work closely with Superintendents to maintain project schedules and productivity goals
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining client satisfaction
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
• Build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
• Support multiple phases of large-scale industrial construction projects
What We’re Looking For
• 2-6 years of construction experience
• Industrial construction experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project controls, and scheduling
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Desire to grow into a senior project leadership role
