Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-focused Mission Readiness Associate to support high-tech Autonomous Vehicle fleet operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, and maintaining the operational readiness of advanced vehicles before and after deployment. You will work directly with next-generation automotive systems, ensuring every vehicle meets strict safety, cleanliness, and charge standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fleet Charging & Power Management:Execute high-voltage charging protocols, monitor battery levels, and ensure vehicles are fully charged and ready for daily operational missions.
  • Vehicle Inspection & Readiness Checks:Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip technical and physical checks. Identify, document, and escalate any technical anomalies, sensor obstructions, or physical maintenance issues.
  • Vehicle Upkeep & Cleaning: Maintain pristine interior and exterior cleanliness standards for the fleet. Ensure critical sensors, glass, and cabin areas are thoroughly detailed and sanitized.
  • Vehicle Operations & Positioning: Safely operate and manually drive vehicles within the depot, staging yards, and local transit routes for charging, staging, service, or recovery.
  • Operational Documentation: Maintain clear, accurate logs of vehicle status, charging cycles, and inspection checklists using fleet software tools.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • License & Driving Record:Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR). Comfortable manually operating vehicles safely in confined depot spaces.
  • Relevant Experience: 1–3+ years of experience in fleet operations, vehicle staging, automotive service, or technical field operations preferred.
  • Safety & Detail Orientation:Disciplined, safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail when following strict operational procedures.
  • Physical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout assigned shifts.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends as dictated by operational demands
