Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates for commercial construction projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Perform quantity takeoffs and develop accurate cost estimates
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids
- Identify value-engineering opportunities
- Partner closely with project management and operations teams
- Support projects from preconstruction through handoff

- Estimating experience with a General Contractor
- Strong understanding of commercial construction
- Experience with takeoffs, bid leveling, and subcontractor pricing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
