Senior Estimator/Project Manager – Drywall & Metal Framing
Our client, a leading company in the industry, is seeking a Senior Estimator/Project Manager to run drywall and metal framing projects from bid through final walkthrough.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Estimating or Project Management within drywall, acoustical, flooring, or metal framing
- Prepares competitive bids and detailed cost estimates ahead of deadlines
- Reads blueprints/specs to scope projects and identify cost drivers
- Manages subcontractor and vendor bidding and negotiations
- Tracks job costs and keeps stakeholders updated throughout
- PMP certification a plus
Benefits
- Salary: $85,000–$145,000 (DOE)
