Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in education or healthcare construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations
- Experience with K-12 schools, universities, hospitals, or medical office buildings
- Knowledge of sustainable building practices
