We’re working with an emerging robotics start up, building next-generation autonomous systems to transform a major real-world industry.
They’re looking for a Senior Robotics Engineer with deep Motion Planning expertise to help develop and deploy advanced robotic platforms from the ground up.
** 5 days onsite in Boston, MA**
You’ll work across:
- Motion planning & controls
- ROS 2 / MoveIt
- Multi-axis robotic systems
- Collision avoidance & trajectory optimization
- C++ / Python robotics software
- Hardware-software integration & real-world deployment
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have direct ownership, work closely with hardware and software teams, and solve genuinely challenging robotics problems outside of the lab.
Experience needed:
- Strong experience with motion planning algorithms (RRT, PRM, CHOMP, STOMP, TrajOpt)
- Production experience with ROS/ROS 2 and MoveIt
- Strong C++ and/or Python skills
- Experience in multi-axis robots / multi-dimensional planning
- Experience deploying robotics systems in real-world environments
