We’re working with a medical technology manufacturer looking to bring on an Assembly Process Engineer to support and improve their production operations.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll own assembly process optimization, line setup, and continuous improvement for products that directly impact patient care.

Start Date: ASAP

Base Requirements:

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering
  • US work authorization (no sponsorship available)
  • Located Locally (no relocation allowance allocated)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Own assembly processes end-to-end (line setup, workflows, documentation)
  • Improve efficiency, quality, and safety on the manufacturing floor
  • Work with tooling, fixtures, and process development
  • Partner cross-functionally + interface with customers on manufacturing/quality topics
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean / Six Sigma)
  • Support training + rollout of new processes/products

Preferred Requirements:

  • 2+ years in mechanical assembly / manufacturing engineering
  • Experience with assembly lines or full product builds
  • Strong blueprint reading + troubleshooting
  • CAD exposure (SolidWorks or similar)
  • Bonus: Lean / Six Sigma background
