Los Angeles, CA (West Hollywood) / Permanent / On-site / $42,500 base + uncapped commission
About the role
If you’ve spent the last few years competing, whether that’s in sports, in class or just against yourself, this role gives that drive somewhere to go. Our LA team recruits across engineering, semiconductor, technology, aerospace and life sciences. As an Associate Consultant, you’ll learn your market inside out, then make it your own.
Recruitment experience isn’t required, because we teach you everything. You’ll learn through classroom sessions, coaching at your desk and one-to-one feedback, and you’ll follow a promotion path that spells out exactly what each step takes.
LA is where Lumicity’s US story started, with our first North American office opening here in 2016. We now have teams in Chicago, Houston and Miami too, recruiting across Engineering, Technology, Construction, Clean Energy and Life Sciences. Day to day, you’ll be part of a close-knit team that pushes each other and celebrates together.
