Our client is a fast-growing robotics company developing autonomous robots. It’s hiring Data Collectors to support its R&D work in Phoenix. No prior experience is required, which makes this a practical way into the robotics and technology space.
You’ll operate specialized robotic devices by hand, collect high-quality data, and give feedback that directly shapes how the robots perform. Data collection roles like this typically involve repeating set tasks consistently so the data captured is accurate and usable for training and improving the robots’ behavior. The work happens both at the office and at off-site locations around Phoenix and the surrounding areas.
The role is physical and hands-on. You’ll be on your feet for most of each shift, using dexterity and coordination to control the devices, so attention to detail matters throughout. People who pick up new software quickly and are comfortable troubleshooting technology tend to do well here.

Requirements
- Reliable transportation to the office and to off-site locations around Phoenix and surrounding areas
- Able to stand for most of an 8-hour shift
- Physical capability and dexterity to operate devices by hand throughout a multi-hour shift
- Exceptional attention to detail
