ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager/Estimator with extensive knowledge of the drywall industry. The successful candidate will oversee multiple concurrent tasks, including coordinating cross‑functional team communication, performing detailed estimates using industry software, and maintaining strict adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Drywall Experience (installing, finishing, taping, and framing)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Capable of reading and interpreting construction drawings, project schedules, and structural specification sheets
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in this role or a closely related position is required.
