Maintenance Project Manager – Healthcare & Multifamily Facilities

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
Our client is seeking a Project Manager to lead the maintenance team responsible for the upkeep of Healthcare and Multifamily buildings. This individual will ensure full regulatory compliance, work closely with maintenance teams to resolve issues as they arise, and manage budgeting and inventory tracking to keep essential supplies in stock.
Responsibilities
- Ensure properties remain in compliance with company standards and building regulations
- Manage and support the maintenance team across Healthcare and Multifamily properties
- Work with contractors to complete large renovation projects
- Maintain working knowledge of multiple building blueprints
- Oversee budgeting and inventory tracking for maintenance supplies
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Basic budgeting experience and public safety awareness
- Comfortable managing compliance and regulatory requirements across property types
