Senior Process Development Engineer – OptoElectronics – Colorado
Lumicity is partnered with an industry leader in interconnects as they look to bring on a Senior Process Development Engineer to lead their backend optoelectronic assembly function.
The role will focus on improving die attach, lens attach, fiber attach, precision alignment, repeatability, yield and production readiness.
Role: Senior Process Development Engineer
Visa: Must be US Citizen or Green Card Holder
Location: Colorado (onsite)
Key requirements:
- Experience in optoelectronics, microelectronics assembly, photonics packaging, optical modules, lasers, fiber optics or precision assembly.
- Hands-on backend assembly experience across die attach, bonding, dicing, wire bonding, lens attach, fiber attach or optical alignment.
- Strong DOE, root cause, process capability, yield improvement and process control experience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, product engineering, operations and manufacturing.
- Practical, hands-on process development mindset with the ability to mentor others.
