Project Manager – Metal Stud Framing & Drywall
Location: Western Washington (Arlington or Lakewood/Tacoma)
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience $120,000- $165,000
Role Responsibilities:
Our client is searching for a Project Manager with a strong background in metal stud framing and drywall. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with general contractors and union crews, and ensuring quality, safety, and contract compliance. Additional responsibilities include reviewing drawings, RFIs, and submittals, as well as supporting estimating and procurement as needed.
Skills and Qualifiactions:
– 5 or more years of experience managing metal stud framing and drywall scopes
– Union experience required, IUPAT or signatory preferred
– Experience on public works, military, or large commercial projects
– Strong leadership, cost management, and scheduling skills
– Washington market experience preferred
