Our client is seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to oversee and manage a Hospitality Center project from start to finish! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards for this future in this state-of-the-art facility coming to Houston!
Key Responsibilities
• Fluently read and interpret specifications and plans
• Supervise work of subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure timely ordering, delivery, and storage of materials on the job site
• Maintain accurate drawings, specifications, and schedules
• Create and oversee punch lists and ensure completion of all related work prior to inspections
Qualifications
• Proven experience working for a Drywall Contractor
• Prior Experience in Project management
• Ability to communicate with multiple departments and agencies
• Excellent communications skills and strong attention-to-detail.
• Willing to relocate
