Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in building envelope systems to join our team. This role is ideal for a candidate with 3–8 years of experience managing facade projects and delivering high-quality results in the $5M–$20M range.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple facade and building envelope projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Review drawings, specifications, and submittals
- Drive procurement, scheduling, and installation processes
- Identify and resolve project risks and challenges proactively
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 3–9 years of experience in construction project management (facade/building envelope focus preferred)
- Strong experience with curtainwall systems
- Experience with additional facade systems
- Proven track record managing mid-size commercial projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
