Want a first job where the work you put in shows up in your paycheck? As an Associate Consultant in our Houston office, you’ll own a corner of the construction market, covering drywall, general contracting, or glass and glazing. You’ll find great people, win new clients and bring the two together.

Main responsibilities
- Find and build relationships with candidates and clients across construction
- Generate leads and win new business
- Run the full hiring process, from first call to interview to offer
- Negotiate terms and close placements
- Share ideas, wins and lessons with your team
Requirements

- Organized and proactive
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
The offer
- $35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE $75,000 in year one)
- 15 days PTO, rising with promotion, plus 10 federal holidays
