Location: Phoenix, AZ / Full-time / On-site
About the role
Our client is hiring Robot Operators in Phoenix to support the testing and development of its robotics technology. The role is hands-on. You’ll use specialized robotic devices to carry out daily tasks, capture high-quality data, and share feedback that engineering teams use to improve the technology.
Operating the equipment by hand takes both physical capability and dexterity, and shifts run for several hours at a time. Work like this typically involves completing set tasks in a consistent, repeatable way, often by controlling the robot directly or through teleoperation, so the data collected is dependable and useful for development.
Precision is what makes the data valuable, so attention to detail matters in every task. Your feedback on how the equipment behaves in practice also gives engineers insight they can’t get from testing alone.
No technical background is needed, which makes this a practical first step for someone who wants to build a career in robotics or emerging technologies.
