This is a growth hire due to a strong backlog and continued expansion.
The Role
- Lead preconstruction and estimating efforts
- Work on ground-up and tenant improvement projects
- Typical projects in the mid-sized commercial range
- Collaborate closely with leadership and project teams
What They’re Looking For
- 5+ years of commercial estimating experience for a GC
- Experience across ground-up and TI work
- Strong understanding of preconstruction
- Proven tenure and team fit are key
